Dear concern,

My Name is Chandra Prakash Beniwal Mob.09829509021and i am existing customer of ICICI bank.

Since last 7 days i am trying to generate online transaction password .but there is not proper resolution from icici bank. since last 7 days i am regularly trying customer care and every time they says system is not working, system getting slow, once system will up they will call back, when i asked asked them that how much time it will take to get system up, they said there is not idea, some time they says after 2 hrs it will up then again i tried but the same reply that system is still not working/server is down.

So i want to know that how it is possible that one of commonly use able service of the reputed bank service is going down from last 7 days.

And they never call back.

Please help me for resolving this issue. If you want my account number details then also i can give.
