Wrong transactions and interests on my Credit Card

I was using ICICI bank credit card in Hydrabad. I am very much fedup with their services.

Issue date : 02 and expire date : 02.

I spoke to custmer care so many times but still I haven't got my credit card statement and tey are putting interest again and again with late fee. I don't know why they are not giving intimation to customer. one day one wrong transaction was done in my card, and I spoke to customer care again and again to reverse that amount, but they were not listening and not reveresed the amount 400. then I told them I'll never use your card. and I faxed them the same detail to reverse the amount and close my card. They didin't closed and putting interest on it. Now that amount is around 14K and they have putted my name in CIBIL list. Now I am suffering because of ICICI bank credit card. This is my very bad experience with ICICI bank. I'll never use their card in future or I'll never suggest others to do the same.
