Am writing to you to bring it to your notice that my ICICI account was debited twice at a vendor store (Sunaina Opticals, Malleshwaram) for an amount of 5400 instead of 2700. Swiped by debit card for an amount of 2700, however my account shows 2 transactions of 2700. Vendor confirms that they have received the amount only once.
Hence I raised a complaint with ICICI Charge Back Team 6 days ago and faxed them all the required documents. Till now, there is no response or revert from there side, neither the amount is refunded to my account. The worst response from ICICI customer care executive is "I am not aware of it".
ICICI Bank: I want you to drill down to the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Revert to my query.
