I am Javed Parvez Khan, I have been using salary account -08701508349 with I C I C I bank for last 6 years. Have taken two personal loans earlier and all were settled without any cheque bounce, the latest being ending on april 5th.
They took an application and all necassary documents from me for a new loan of 3.5 lacs which they have disapproved stating that my profile is not good.
I am not able to take it from them that my profile is not good, I have never kept any outstandings with any banks or duped them. It comes to me as a humilaiation from them.
why I should keep my salary account with a such a bank who are least sensitive to their loyal customers.
Hence I have decided to close my account ifv my loan is not approved.
