Money not recover from ATM

Sir,

My self Aditya Pratap Singh S/o Sh, Ved Prakash. I have a salary A/c in your bank from Mar. 2006 to till date which A/c No. 004601521035.

The problem is on dated 02/01 near about 9:00 pm. I use my ATM for Rs.5000/- from Union Bank of India in Meerut but money was not recover form ATM. Then after I immediately complained to the customer care but no proper solution they gave me.

I am highly disappointed for this kind of customer support.

Please do the need the need full as early as possible. An early action will highly appreciate.
