I have applied for the for the Internet banking password for my Internet banking password from Icici bank branch AJC BOSE ROAD branch, kolkata on 11th of april. On 13 th april i got the msg from them it has been dispached and i will receive within 7 days. But that seven days have not came till now. My reference number is SR173304979. When i asked the bank people they told to contact the Maruti courier and when i contacted the customer care of the bank they also told the same and they told that its my responsibility to collect the same from the courier service. The courier service was horrible. I am roaming here and there, kIndly help me out from this. My name is Biswarup Chatterjee.
