I went to Axis ATM Dt.13/5 at 8: 45PM to withdraw money when I

inserted the card into the machine the Axis bank ATM machine hanged and my

transaction was uncompleted and after 15 minutes my account was debited by

Rs.10, 000.I made a complaint to my ICICI Bank by phone. They had given me a

complaint no.176891566 for resolving the issue within 12 days but still I

didn't get any kind of assurance. So please look into the matter and help me

out. i have also lodge a written complain in my ICICI Branch Nehru Place on

25-5-11. request no. SR178084580

I have enclosed the statement for this clarification.

Please do needfull & short out my problem and credit my rs 10000.
