Account Migration without Notice

We, Moksh Lifestyles Pvt Ltd., having corporate account with ICICI Bank (MIDC ANDHERI BRANCH) for last 2 years has opened the account with Monthly Cash Receipt limit at NON base Branch of 20 lacs by maintaining AMB of 1 lac.

Account was opened on 09th June and its operation till date. In January we received the letter from ICICI stating that you have been migrated to GOLD account where you need to maintain AMB of 1 lac and monthly cash receipt limit at NON base Branch is just 7.5 Lacs. and since my receipts are more than 7.5 lacs every month they are charging me heavily. I have been continuously contacting their Call Center and even had been to the Branch which is far away from my Place. I was given assurance that we will get some solution but till date since January there is no response from ICICI Bank.

They are just deducting charges for every day transaction after the limit of 7.5 lacs is crossed. Charges are so heavy that it comes to 5000-10000 per month.

Any bank can never migrate any of their clients without prior intimation and without knowing what is required.

Non of the executives who had come to open the account are still working with ICICI Bank also we have schedule of charges which was given to us while opening the account.

We want the solution from ICICI Bank and all the charges reversed within next 15 days failing which we will take action in Consumer Court against the Bank.
