DEFREEZE MY ACCOUNT

Dear Sir/Madam

With respect i PRADEEP KUMAR having a salary a/c 059201503059 in ICICI Bank Jajpur Road Orissa branch. My a/c was debit freezed by bank since two weeks ago. when i met bank manager Mr. Nilay Mondal about query. He told me your a/c was freezed because you have took a loan in past time & our PC system shows 'de-duped with the CPCS data base' . But i told him that i have naver took any loan from any bank in past time. I also talked to ICICI customer care service many times about to loan query if i have took any type of loan in past time. But customer service told me that you have no loan. But whenever i asked to Bank Manager he told me again & again that you have took a loan. Bank manager could not provide me any loan details when i asked him about loan details if i have any loan.

Now i am facing a big fincial problem due to a/c debit freezing.

So please take an action for my a/c defreezing & provide me loan details if i have took any loan from any bank in past time.
