Non receipt of ATM Pin No

My mother namely Guddi Raj have opened a PMSP joint Account with my father namely Shri Om Prakash Raj. ATM Card has been received by my mother, but till date Pin No. has not been received by my mother or by SBI NSG Manesar where account is opened. Please reply immediately as my mother is unable to withdraw the amount from ATM as she don`t have pin No. (Please priority)
