Dear Sir,
I am a customer of ICICI bank having A/c no. 023901512630 in the name of Dharmveer tyagi at Haridwar branch. I had made a Rs 10000 transaction on dated 19/04 in ATM of ICICI bank at Awas vikas ranipur more. But i couldn't received any amount at that time.
I complaint it Many times. But after regular follow up regarding this but i am not satisfy with answer. please do the needful and solve my problem. I am very upset due to loss of rs 10000 as I am a salaried person working with ITC Ltd. at Haridwar.
Please help me because Rs 10, 000 is big amount for me and I am facing Mentally tension due this problem.
