This is to intimate to you that I have already paid the entire amount due of Rs. 35, 586=00p cheque no. 730965 amount provided to me by your bank representative with the promise that there will be no outstanding amount to pay that is my future statement will reflect the zero balance.

Now in my great dismay when I have received my Statement Date Jul 23 with an outstanding amount of Rs. 112=86p which needs immediate justification.

Looking forward for this to be resolved by receiving a zero balance statement or a SMS intimation from your side at the earliest.

Otherwise I will not be liable to pay this amount and there will be no option left but to terminate my card within seven working days.
