ICICI bank wrong charging and non resolution of customer complaints

I forgot my Transaction password of net banking.. i asked ICICI customer care to reset my password.. they said they would do it in 24 hours... they have charged me Rs 55 for it but I didnot receive any new password... now i have again submitted the request for change and I am sure that i would be charged again. the service is pathetic. I had earlier submitted a request for refunding Rs 400 which I got less during an atm transaction where i got only 3600 instead of 4000 which was cut from my account. i have tried calling customer care so many times but to no avail. i get charged for calling customer care and still i dont gget anything out of it.
