Harreshment of Personal loan collection Executives

Hi All,

My Name is XYZ as i dont want to reveal my name. I am paying the personal loan of my Wife from last 48 months. From last one month i am not able to pay the EMI due to some financial crisis.

ICICI Bank personal loan recovery agents are harrashing me like any thing. Sending some harsh sms. Exectutive Ph # 09000547013.

They even threated me that they will caught me and my wife outside. I dont understand is non payment of one EMI is such a crime?

Please help me in this regard.

I am very hopeful that i will pay in next month.
