Simply deducting QAB Charges

Respected Sir,

What is the QAB bank chrges for Salary A/c with 0 balance. My A/c number is 048201503835. They have deducted Rs.738 as QABChgs-Qtr-Dec11 ST on 26/3, Rs.89/- as QABChgs-Qtr-Dec11 ST on 18/01 and Rs.842/- as QABChgs-Qtr-Mar12 ST on 19/4. If they deduct this big amount everymonth whats the use of having A/c in ICICI. Please do reimburse the amount as well please give the info.
