Dear Sir,
I have taken the personal loan from ICICI BANK PUNE Amount of RS:112000.00 Tenure Month:36. Emi: 2818.00 Start Date 05 Jan. End Date 5 Dec. Loan a/c No-LPPUN00008691225. Pan card No-ADYPN3730H. I miss to pay my last 6 Emi. but bank have not inform me till date regarding missing emi now the bank is charging me late payment charges for two years which is very higher side and giving harassment from collection executive. I am ready to pay my six EMI but bank is giving me settlement letter which will effect my cabil record. I have request bank officer to close my account on no dues basis, but bank is not co-operating me and i also given request for the details for statement. since last 10 years i am staying at same place. please guide me for the same to take necessary action.
