Non reversal of late fee

Hi

I've really been facing a lot of torture with ICICI credit cards

Its regarding my card ending in 7002. I wanted to make the full outstanding payment at one go as i had emi's going on. I called customer care & told them about this, They said someone will callback & then i can make the whole payment. I received no callbacks & was charged late fee of Rs 400!!

This wasn't my fault at all! I now call them & spoke with Ganpati (customer service) & Jay prakash who deny waiving the late fees!

I also got a call from someone in Mumbai to make the payment. When i explained her the situation, she asked me to make the min payment & then call customer care again.

I've done that. Transaction ref#MCIT1049940407 for the minimum payment made. Still these people do not help me

They are very rude & unprofessional. It was not my mistake as i was going to make payment after receiving a callback which no one did

I want the late fee to be waived asap, .
