I have been using this credit card from thr past 3-4 yrs. ii have always paid my bills on time. i have always submitted my cheque in the nearest ATM. from the ppast 1 year, the clearing is not being done on time and prooperly. most of the times they would not receive my cheque hence i would have to give another cheequee. they would levy late payment n other charges and i would request them to roll it backk since the pprolemm would be due to their negligent working. thhis time aaround, this happenned again but they did not agree to roll baack the charges.
