Hi To whom ever it may concern.
I requested for internet banking password from icici bank, which was dispatched on 21st July-10 from there side and i checked the status of my requested it was infiormed i will get it in 7 working days. But i haven't received any letter or any response from the bank even after 7 working. So i called the customer care and was informed that the letter was returned back to the bank from the courier people and this people never made an attempt to contact me over the phone or emailed me this is such a bad service as if they are not bothered about the customer's urgencies. Finally the executive took another request cancelling my previous request for which i will have to wait for another 9 working days that too i should go personally to the branch to collect it.
Kindly bring this to the attention of the head of the department of ICICI BANK.
