Of late its getting quite impossible to talk to any of the phone banking executives of this bank. Try using the customer care by calling ICICI BANK CUSTOMER CARE. The loads of confusing options described by the automated answering machine ensures that you exceed the maximum number of tries and call being disconnected.
I recently changed my phone and hence had to de-activate the application for mobile banking in my older phone so that another application could be installed in the new phone.. The only way to do this was to talk to the phone banking executive. I wonder if they exist anymore. If at all any of the bank officials bother to check this complaint, Please mail me and let me know how do i talk to your people. In case of the mobile banking application, going to the bank is useless as they are not entitled to enable this facility!!
