Today I had hired an auto from Mulund checknaka to Chandivali on the way I found the meter running faster than normal, I brought this to the notice of the driver to which he said that the meter was Ok however the fare when I reached Chandivali was far more than normal the meter had run an additional half of the normal fare indication when I asked the auto driver for his details he was not ready to provide. He was not carrying a licence or a permit. When asked for his rickshaw no. he provided the wrong no.
