I request you to please expedite the matter with Team HR Service Ltd; New Delhi and arrange to provide me following information and oblige.

Please confirm that PF deductions, deducted from my salary of Sept.2005 to Feb.2006 is also included in my PF account and PF withdrawal forms, by “Team HR Services Ltd; New Delhi” (My Ex-Employer), if not

what to do? (Please refer my letter dtd. 1 July).

Please send me year-wise detail statement of my PF account with interest calculation

up to 31st March.

What action has been taken and replied to The Regional PF Commissioner, New Delhi on their letter No. 29/DL/35241/173 dtd. 28th Jan 10, (copy forwarded to me) for attestation of my signature.
