I am holding a saving bank Account with ICICI Bank at new dlhi.

My Account no. is 000701581999.

This account is been Debit freeze by Rbi department from last 24 months. My case is with RBI Department. I had already submitted the concern mails to prove myself innocent to RBI Department.

I am following this matter from last 24months continuously, but yet nothing has done. I have send request to customer care, but they asked me to contact the Account holding branch (NEW DELHI). I contacted the they, but they told they don't have authority and RBI department will activate it.

My concern is who is responsible for this matter? who and when is this Account is going to be activated? Atleast let me know if I can close this account.
