>This is to bring to your notice that I have a PLI Policy No GJ-352921-R assured for Rs.2 lakh, for the first 5 yrs my premium was for Rs.270 and after that it has changed to Rs.430/-.Ihad submitted the original policyand the conversion formon date 11.06.08 in the PLI office at Shahibagh. I had received a letter (No LI/Con/62/08 dtd 14/07/08) from your officeregardingpayment of difference of premium amounting Rs.1187/- .I had paid the same at D'Cabin post office vide No 3384/68 dtd 26.07.08.I have paid the premium till the month of Nov-10.Till date I have not received my original policy at my residence.
