False statment extra late fees wrong charges

My name is sonia i hold a shakti card of icici bank i am using since 2007 i do not receive any statments, i cant get through customer care executive i am on hold in auto answering where i am in to huge tele. bill, inspite on making payments on time i am charged late fee every month they change my credit limits without intimating me after making my full payments as per sms on my phone after two days without using card for months againg i receive sms for payment due i have already msg icici several times but no reply fromthier side
