Cheque clearance

ICICI Credit card department is not providing me the cheque clearance status, which had been amount of Rs.5200/- only dropped by me against my credit card usage of Rs.5197/- only. My cheque details are

Bank: State Bank of Indore

Branch: Phadnis colony, Indore

Cheque No : 746358

Amount: Rs.5200/-

ICICI credit card customer care told me this cheque had been bounced but not able to tell me the reason and my name had been given to CIBIL as defaulter.
