Online Payment made by ICICI to M/S. TECHPROCESS SOL. instead of RELIEFINDIA TRUST on 24.04.2012

I have made online payment of Rs.5000/- as a donation to Relief India Trust.org wbsite on 24.04.2012. Confirmation received on mobile through SMS that "Atransaction of INR 5, 000.00 on 24-APR-12 on credit card xxxx7000 is made at TECHPROCESS SOL. Available Credit card limit is Rs.1, 13, 985.16. Total Credit card limit is 1, 38, 000.00"

I want to know, how transaction to other agency possible without confirmation / consent to credit card holder? I need this amount back in my credit card account.
