Misbehave of the manager although comiting mistakes

The recent manager is worst.. he mis behaves.. he says the balance of my account loudly in front of everybody and says bad things. he is very rude.. you cant even talk to him. i am unsatisfied with this branch.. and also lost my F.D papers...
