It is often that ICICIDirect site is down during trading hours due to their own technical reasons. But today it is really frustating and blanderus thing happend that there trading system was down for whole trading session i.e. 8th July for ICICIDirect customers no trading at all.
They have very limited call taking capacity with high waiting time, for every thing they appolozise, but have no solution to it. In last 2 months there site was down more than 4 times during trading hours. Be careful about it before opening an account with ICICIDirect.
