Not receiving response from sales person

Dear Sir,

from last three months i am in contineous follow up with Mr. jitendra solunke. Sa;es person

regarding Schedule of Interest & payments but neither he is receiving the phone nor giving any require docs.

unfortunately i will have to make the STOP PAYMENTS from my ECS banking such that some responsible and senior will approach us.which i would not like to do so

else Mr. Jitendra is given so arrogant answers once on the date 08-07 time 4:30 pm

which is just out of anybodies behavior.

please guide us so that we will not make the stop payments.

My loan proposal is from Kalyan Choudhary K 1387
