I, Manjusha Madame, would like to mention that I opened the car od account with ICICI, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur in Yr.2006.I was regularly operating this account. In Yr.2006 I suddenly came to know that because of recession ICICI has closed this facility without any intimation to me. When the ICICI bank declared my account had a balance of INR 45000/-

The od granted to me was INR 1, 08, 000/-.

Now the ICICI bank is demading me the interest on it which is thrice the valuation of my car. My car no.is MH-31, AH-8773, Maruti-Zen-Lxi.

The period for operating this account was three years granted by ICICI.But ICICI terminated it in two years only without any prior intimation.

I require a account closing notice from ICICI.Also I would like to settle this account. My car valuation at present is INR 60000/-
