I have an account in ICICI bank in MG Road branch. I did not used the net banking facility for the past 4 years... Now when I tried to login I couldn't do it. As I forgot my login & transaction psw, I called up ICICI customer care several times, but to my notice, I found the customer care I have seen in my entire life.
