I am trying to access netbanking service from 23 july. I am first time trying to use your net banking service. Ar First I contacted customer care to help me then they told me that my mobile number is not register even I was getting alerts on my mobile. Then they re register my mobile number for net banking.
I tried to generate netbanking password online then it was showing error message regarding excess attempts and user ID disabled. I againg contacted customer care number and enabled my USER ID from IVR process. I tried again to generate my password for netbanking then I was showing error "Not possible for security reasons".
I contacted customer care and told all this to Miss Arti, then she was not able to sort this problem and forward my call to Mr. Imtiaaz who told me that it will take more 7 days to generate password & insist me to request for mail that password ate my home address.
Netbanking facility is to save time of consumer, but becuase of bad customer service support we are facing this type of problem.
After 4 days I am not able to activate netbanking.
