I have applied (1st Feb) for a new car loan (LANOD00017628707) through car show room itself. After all documentation and paper work I told show room executive (how is behaving like an ICICI BANK employee) that I want EMI date to be between 5th to 15th of every month.
Till 2nd March I have not got any information from bank. When I call on customer care with all my details they says that 1st of every month is your scheduled EMI date which is already passed and you have not deposited (unavailable funds) EMI.
This is very disgusting:
1. I ask them not to schedule it on 1st. they did it.
2. They had not send any mail, call, letter regarding the same
When I asked customer care executive (RajLaxmi, Hyadrabad) what is the procedure to change the EMI date she was clueless. Customer care department ask me to contact the Loan branch for this information but when I ask for the address of Loan Branch they have no information on that.
Now, what I am supposed to do? I have no information on Loan Branch, customer care does not help, what to change EMI date?
