one of icici purlife adviser cheated us in policy matter . sir do not have recivied policy bond till date and policy was it was made in 2-3 month ago in name of sunanda deshpande, and after several follow up at your office y.n road branch Indore. and after given him written request . manager mr pratik shown us online policy which was with wrong name, wrong address,
wrong phone no, wrong police condition, which told by adviser, so as we are not recivied in free look period . we are not satisfied with service of icicipru we want our money back with full interest . pl suggest us what to do shall we go for IRDA AND COMPLAINT OR WE SHOULD FIRE A (FIR) AGAINST FRAUD .
advisor and manager are showing any interest to resolve this issue.
