I Mr. Sunil S. Jangam (Policy no. 11696913)

I had paid Rs.50, 000/- as on 15/04/10 against my premium due on 31/03/10.

When my premium was due there was lot of emails from bank. But till date

I didn't receive my receipt. I think bank is only concern about their collection

and least bother about customer care.
