Non-payment of surrendered policy 05852843

Myself Atul kumar jain had surrendered by policy no 05852843 at muzaffar nagar branch but it is very sad to note that till date the payment is not recd.by me whenever i talk to customer care they say different things at different times. pls do the needful.
