I took a term insurance plan with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
After the payment, there was no communication from their side for a month.
It was in proposal stage when I cancelled the policy.
Firstly I was told that, the cancellation process will be done in 7 days, but you took 15 days to process the request.
Now I was told that on 4th december the payment instruction is made, the 7 working days after that date is over, but I haven't received the credited amount in my account yet.
Overall, its more than a month but I haven't received the refund yet.
This is the care for customers which ICICI focus on.
