Regarding renewal

Sir,

My Policy No. is 11708409 from ICICI prudential life insaurance (SmartKid - New Unit Linked RP). I submit all the premium of my policy but still they are not revive the poicy from June they have already taken my medical but they r not given any satifactory answer to me the already wasted two month but still my policy is not revive.
