ICICI PRUDENTIAL SMART KID POLICY
ICICI IS reluctant to surrender my policy

I have an ICICI Bank prudentia Policy, which I want to surrender due to poor support / services of ICICI, but ICICI bank is very reluctatnt to refund my payment or surrender the policy. They are asking that he surrender value is about 50%of my premiums paid. This rule of surrender value was not diclosed by the agent who sold the policy. He only told that after 3 yrs if you want the policy can be surrendred and premium paid will be refunded.

please advice as my money is stuck off with M/s ICICI bank
