Free Look refund denied by the company

I applied for Insurance policy under the above scheme, paid the premium on 2/11, chq encashed on 3/11 policy issued on 29/11 at 29/11 NAV and received the document on 05/12. Applied for Free look refund on 14/12 accepted by the company on 16/12 and refused for refund on 19/12. Reason being that the applicant is the advisor of the company. Applicant/proposor Mahesh Bhutra is not the advisor but BP (Business Partner) of the company.
