Non Starting of EMI for Home Loan even after 4 months of full disbursement

Hi,

I am Anil Jain. I have taken a loan from IDBI Bank Limited- Home Loans vide loan account no. 039675100033044. This was a Balance Transfer from Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited. I have taken full disbursement for complete loan amount in the month of Sept. Hence Logically, My EMI must be started from Sept or maximum by October. But still Bank is charging only PEMI for my loan. I have send the mails to Customer Care department also but still there is no progress even after 4 months of complete disbursement.
