Subj: ECS Facility not activated since last 4 Months.

Ref: My Home Loan A/C No. : 007/809675100059006

Dear Sir,

I have availed Home Loan from your Brach in the year 2006 . Since then I have been paying regular instalments without any delay.

On 17th Jan. I have requested for change in payment mode from Post dated Cheques to ECS .I have completed all the necessary requirements to start this facility. As you will appreciate, this is most convenient facility for both of us.

But unfortunately, since last 4 months, your branch could not start this facility. I have been in touch with your Branch executives every month. Every time they are giving some new reason, but they are not activating this facility.

For the Month of May, neither instalment has been deducted through ECS nor through blank cheques deposited with your branch. My normal instalment date is 10th of every month. But till 21st of May, nothing is progressing.

I have spoken to number of executives regarding this, but no one is ready to resolve this issue. I would not like to stamp my account as defaulter OR with any other adverse remarks on my account because of your branch people’s inefficiency.

Can you please take up this with right people and ensure that, my ECS facility is activated immediately and instalments are regularised without any further delay.
