I have taken loan from IDBI couple of years back and I paying my EMI regualarly. 2008 Dec I defaulted a cheque due to unexpected circumstances. However I got in touch with the bank immediately and followed all the process of paying defaulted amount and asked them to represent same cheque. They fail to represent my cheque and they started charging me Penal charges for the same. When the cheque got elapsed they supposed to get in touch with me and collect required cheques even they failed on this process. Now they are penal charging me for all this issue. When I wrote back to them on 10th Nov till date they have no proper response for it. Please help me to get this issue sorted out.
