Heavy Charged for Repairing

I have purchase one Samsung Laser Printer, Model No. ML-1640 in the month of July. But there was some difficties found and accordingly went to repairing to your authorised service centre namely - NETSOL ASSOCIATION, OPP.-NEPALI MANDIR, PALTAN BAZAR, GUWAHATI. They have solved the problem and given bill for Rs.1, 930/- vide Receipt No.3613 dtd.15.10.2009. In my opnion this figure is very high, whereas new printer valued only Rs.5, 200/- (including Tonner).
