Respected Sir/Ma'm
I'm a IDEA prepaid customer and have got 95/- GPRS plan activated in which i get 85 MB per day free. On 13-06 amount Rs 20 were deducted from my prepaid account no. 9785288443.I called customer care immediately and informed about it. Very first they didn't agree and said that you have downloaded something and your limit for today is over also we didn't have information about it. After long conversation they agreed that it was technical mistake and i got SMS that you'll get your balance back within 24 hours.
Since then I haven't got the amount back. I am calling them daily but sometime they say that it will take 8 more hours and sometime else. Yesterday I called them and asked about the same but some idiot fellow sitting over there said that we are done from our side and no such complaint is there then i asked him to refer the call to the senior then his senior said that it's not like this we've some technical problem and very soon we'll resolve it. Today when i didn't get the amount back then i called them back then they said repeated the same old story of very first day that your downloading limit was over for the day.
Now what should a customer do? This much helplessness a customer feel before these private telecom companies when they wrongly deduct amount from prepaid customer's account. What will a customer do? Nothing!!.As it's not in customer's reach. Will these type of problems be solved?.This is a serious problem today with these companies.
So i request you to look into this and also help me to get my balance back.
