Not activated internet service of Rs.54/- plan

Dear Sir,

My ideal mobile No.9992054267 I got recharge of Rs.54/- for one month mobile internet pack on dated 10.03.2011 and a message for confirmation of recharge of Rs.54/- received in my mobile but Rs. 54/- internet plan not activated in my account uptill today. Further I have made several complaint and talk with executive of ideal costomer care centre but all in vain.

An early action in the matter is requested to solve my problem.
