Unprofessional attiude by charging one time charge

This complaint I have sent to Idea cellular as well but there is no response yet.. So please look into it.

I am customer of Idea since last more than 10 years . (9822202345)

I am not at all all interested in your one time subscription offer of INR 450/- which will gives me discount of INR 75/- for 12 months. Please revise that as I don't see any logic in that.

Please revert to me on that..
