Harassed by new schemes & customer care and

I m Hina iqbal and my idea prepaid no.is 9911332402. I have been harassed by your customer care executives, Idea activates some or other stupid services and deducts my balance for no good reason. All the time i get idea msgs, sometimes at night around 3:30 am, regarding activation of some new scheme. Whenever i enquire from customer care as how can they activate anything without my consent, they give a lame excuse that i only opted for it or your child must have done. For their kind information, we dont have kids and plzzz come up with new excuses. Most of the time, they do not have time to listen what i have to say, they just give me another number to talk to and this vicious circle continues. For god sake, save me from calling your customer care executives, deactivate all the schemes and refund my balance at the earliest.
