Deactivation of additional plan

I have complain for my home

Idea phone prepaid no. 9639849742 operating UP (W), Uttarakhand. My sister is

using the above no and without any intimation or wrong input u have

activated additional plan. I humly request you please deactivate all the

plans which are presently active on mobile no. 9639849742. except incoming

call facility. I hope u will do the needful and not complain me to
